[HAN] Business Strategy Analyst
Job description
- Work with stakeholders/key end-users of Direct Team to define the detail business requirements
- Analyze, create, validate end-to-end business processes and detail out functional specifications for the required applications.
- Suggest modification and improvement to business processes and frameworks for increase GSV of new and old user
- Use CRM to improve sales staff productivity
- Build dashboard and manage daily and weekly reports business results
- Support another project about: analyst, research, automation,…
- Develop promotion scheme for Direct customers
- Control: Cost, GSV
Job requirement
- Extensive experience in researching and analyzing market trends and business processes
- Proficient in SQL, Google Studio, MS PowerPoint, and Excel
- Good command in English
- Experience in monitoring and analyzing business results, competition and trends (SWOT analysis, market share review)
- Adapt well with fast-paced working environment and manage multiple projects at the same time
