Job description

  • Incentive Program Operations:
    • Manage and operate Ahamove's driver incentive programs to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals.
    • Analyze the performance of incentive programs and propose improvements to enhance effectiveness.
  • Cost Planning, Management & Control:
    • Develop and manage monthly and annual cost plans related to payment and driver incentives, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.
    • Monitor, control, and optimize operational costs, ensuring spending stays within the allocated budget.
    • Provide cost-saving solutions and adjust financial plans based on operational needs and business growth.
  • Gamification System Development:
    • Research and develop gamification strategies to increase driver engagement, motivation, and retention.
    • Collaborate with product and tech teams to design and implement effective gamification mechanics.
    • Track the impact of gamification on driver performance and propose enhancements based on data insights.
  • Audit & Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct regular audits and quality control checks on bonus policies and execution processes.
    • Identify risks in payment operations and propose preventive solutions.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead and manage a team of 2-3 members, ensuring performance tracking, training, and development.
    • Assign tasks effectively and optimize workflow within the team.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in cost management, financial planning, or payment operations, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or tech-driven companies.
  • Strong budget planning skills, with experience in monthly and annual cost forecasting.
  • Experience in designing or optimizing gamification systems for driver engagement or incentive programs is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in auditing and quality assurance of operational processes.
  • Experience in leading a small team (2-3 members), with good leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, process-oriented mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
