- Develop and execute Key Account strategy aligned with company goals
- Set clear KPIs and business targets for team
- Design and optimize sales processes for enterprise clients
- Build strategic partnerships with key clients
- P&L ownership for Key Account division
- Identify and acquire strategic enterprise accounts
- Develop account penetration strategies
- Build and lead high-performance KAM team
- Develop clear career paths and development plans
- Monitor and analyze key business metrics
- Produce actionable insights from data
Job requirement
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field; master's degree is advantageous.
- 5+ years in B2B sales/key account management; 3+ years managing enterprise sales teams
- Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience.
- Detail oriented, analytical and innovative thinking.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills.
