Job description

  • Develop and execute Key Account strategy aligned with company goals
  • Set clear KPIs and business targets for team
  • Design and optimize sales processes for enterprise clients
  • Build strategic partnerships with key clients
  • P&L ownership for Key Account division
  • Identify and acquire strategic enterprise accounts
  • Develop account penetration strategies
  • Build and lead high-performance KAM team
  • Develop clear career paths and development plans
  • Monitor and analyze key business metrics
  • Produce actionable insights from data

Job requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field;  master's degree is advantageous.
  • 5+ years in B2B sales/key account management; 3+ years managing enterprise sales teams
  • Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience.
  • Detail oriented, analytical and innovative thinking.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills.
