Job description
1. Strategic Leadership
- Oversee and guide the BMI department, ensuring strategic alignment with company goals.
- Implement automation and predictive analytics to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Develop and deploy innovative strategies to reduce costs, optimize operations, and improve real-time tracking.
2. Team Management (Lean-based Approach)
- Lead the Business Analyst (BA) and Data Analyst (DA) teams, applying Lean methodology to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance workflow.
- Implement Lean Leadership principles to empower team members, promote proactive thinking, and encourage problem-solving through the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle.
- Provide training and mentorship on data-driven decision-making, automation tools, and process optimization.
- Define and monitor OKRs and KPIs to ensure measurable team success.
3. Data-Driven Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of data warehouses while integrating new data sources.
- Develop real-time dashboards using Power BI, and other visualization tools to monitor business performance.
4. Workflow Automation & Task Management (Lean & Automation Focus)
- Implement process automation to streamline workflows, minimize manual efforts, and improve overall efficiency.
- Optimize task management and workflow automation in Lark to ensure smooth and productive operations.
- Deploy Chatbots & AI-driven Task Management to automate task assignments, track progress, and optimize repetitive workflows.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Establish standardized documentation protocols and maintain detailed reports on system performance, KPI tracking, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Monitor KPI tracking and SLA optimization to ensure operational excellence.
Job requirement
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency data modeling, analytic (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and automation tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to communicate complex data insights succinctly and persuasively.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of team management and cross-departmental collaboration.
