Job description

  • Team Management & Development: Lead, coach and evaluate performance of BD team (4-7 members) and Merchant Onboarding team (2 members), establish efficient workflows and foster a positive team culture.
  • Market Development Strategy: Conduct in-depth market research, identify potential customer segments, and execute expansion plans for restaurant partner networks and B2B clients.
  • Drive AI Food Platform Adoption: Promote AI-powered recommendations and consulting capabilities, develop case studies and persuasive materials, monitor conversion rates and optimize customer journey.
  • Partnership Management: Manage relationships with Da Nang government authorities (DAD), strategic partners for communications and revenue growth.
  • Marketing Campaign Management & Performance Measurement: Collaborate with Marketing team to execute campaigns through POSM, events, and digital channels at strategic restaurant/venue locations.
  • Problem Resolution & Experience Enhancement: Handle restaurant/diner and customer issues, collaborate cross-functionally with Product/Operations/Data Analytics teams to improve service quality.
  • Regular User Research: Conduct periodic user insight surveys, identify user pain points, and uncover insights from loyal, high-value customers.
  • Data Analysis & Performance Reporting: Track key metrics including GSV (Gross Sales Value), volume, retention rate, wallet share, new merchants, and recommend improvements based on data insights.
  • Process & Tool Development: Standardize sales processes, training materials, and CRM management to scale the team effectively. Executive Reporting: Prepare business performance reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) for leadership team and investor presentations as needed.

Job requirement

  • Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in sales/business development, including at least 1-2 years in team management positions.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to coach and motivate teams, establish KPIs and evaluate performance. Preference for candidates with experience scaling teams from small to large.
  • Excellent Negotiation & Communication Skills: Ability to persuade and build relationships with C-level partners and decision makers.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong understanding of unit economics, business models, and ability to develop go-to-market strategies for new products/services.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Proficient in data analysis, tracking metrics, and making decisions based on insights. Experience with CRM tools, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and analytics platforms.
  • Industry Experience: Preference for candidates with background in F&B, Food Delivery, E-commerce, E-wallet, Fintech, or SaaS/Tech products.
  • AI/Tech Product Thinking: Knowledge of AI applications, chatbots, and recommendation systems is a strong advantage.
  • Mindset: Proactive, capable of working independently, strong time management skills, and ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic startup environment.
