The Bike Driver Recruitment Specialist is responsible for leading recruitment activities for Bike drivers in the Hanoi region, ensuring that driver acquisition targets are consistently achieved while expanding sourcing channels and optimizing the overall cost-efficiency of recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute recruitment activities for Bike drivers in accordance with weekly and monthly targets, proactively identifying and developing new candidate sources through both online and offline channels
• Develop and continuously optimize recruitment sourcing channels to maximize acquisition effectiveness
• Administer incentive and referral programs, monitoring their performance and recommending improvements as appropriate
• Oversee the Telesale collaborator team, including lead allocation, call quality monitoring, conversion rate tracking, and adherence to established processes
• Provide regular coaching, training, and performance evaluation for the Telesale team to enhance consultative and conversion capabilities
• Analyze recruitment funnel data (Lead → Onboarding → Driver First Delivery) to identify bottlenecks and propose measures to improve overall efficiency
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records within the system, and report progress and outcomes on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Collaborate closely with relevant departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and the achievement of shared organizational objectives

• College/University degree
• At least 2 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Recruitment, or Operations; field experience is a plus
• Strong communication, persuasion, and analytical skills
• Proficient in basic Excel/Google Sheets
• Proactive, independent, and comfortable working under KPI pressure
