Job description

  • B2B Business Development: Proactively develop and execute plans to identify and acquire new B2B corporate clients to utilize Ahamove’s delivery services.
  • Account Retention: Manage and nurture the existing client portfolio to maximize revenue from current accounts.
  • Growth Strategy: Formulate strategic plans to drive order volume and business growth within the current customer base.
  • Performance Management: Take full ownership of monthly/quarterly KPIs, including revenue targets and cost-efficiency metrics.
  • Data Analysis & Promotion: Segment clients based on growth potential to design tailored promotional programs; closely monitor growth indicators and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders; flexibly apply incentive policies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Job requirement

  • Minimum 2-3 years of direct sales experience in Logistics, Transportation, E-commerce, or F&B sectors. Proven experience in field sales
  • Having experience and knowledge in the Trucking/Freight industry is a significant advantage.
  • Prior experience working with Key Accounts is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
