Job description
1. Tool & System Optimization (30%)
- Ensure sales support tools and systems operate efficiently.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary upgrades.
2. Process Automation & Issue Resolution (30%)
- Develop and maintain automation solutions to optimize workflows.
- Provide technical support and quickly handle issues to minimize downtime.
3. Data Analysis & Cross-functional Collaboration (30%)
- Analyze tool performance and generate reports to improve system effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to ensure smooth system integration.
4. Training & User Support (10%)
- Train sales teams and stakeholders on how to use tools effectively to maximize performance.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure technologies are used correctly.
Job requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related fields.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM, or Technology Systems Management.
- Experience in implementing and optimizing sales automation tools.
- Proficient in basic process automation tools and data analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Good project management skills with flexible task prioritization.
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented.
- Detail-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
- Willing to learn, improve, and work well in a team environment.
