Job description

1. Business Expansion and Growth (50%)

  • Build and develop POS and Payment partnership models to increase new customer acquisition and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze user data, evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing programs.
  • Propose improvements based on customer behavior and feedback.

2. Partnership and Cross-functional Collaboration (30%)

  • Work with POS/Payment partners to ensure service quality, partnership commitment, and mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Connect with internal departments to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Monitor and resolve arising issues, ensuring user experience and partnership performance.

3. Process and Efficiency Optimization (20%)

  • Propose and implement solutions to improve POS/Payment partnership operations, ensuring speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Optimize costs and resources in partnership execution.

Job requirement

  • Graduated from University/College or have equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics, Customer Service, or Project Management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Data Studio, experience working with SQL is a plus.
  • Ability to synthesize and analyze data to make quick decisions.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, hardworking, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
  • Positive, friendly, and adaptable.
