Job description
1. Business Expansion and Growth (50%)
- Build and develop POS and Payment partnership models to increase new customer acquisition and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze user data, evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing programs.
- Propose improvements based on customer behavior and feedback.
2. Partnership and Cross-functional Collaboration (30%)
- Work with POS/Payment partners to ensure service quality, partnership commitment, and mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Connect with internal departments to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Monitor and resolve arising issues, ensuring user experience and partnership performance.
3. Process and Efficiency Optimization (20%)
- Propose and implement solutions to improve POS/Payment partnership operations, ensuring speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Optimize costs and resources in partnership execution.
Job requirement
- Graduated from University/College or have equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics, Customer Service, or Project Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Data Studio, experience working with SQL is a plus.
- Ability to synthesize and analyze data to make quick decisions.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, hardworking, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
