Job description
- Plan and execute nationwide driver recruitment campaigns on a monthly basis.
- Manage and optimize ads across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, control CPL/CPD, and optimize cost efficiency.
- Set up and manage cross-platform tracking (GA4, GTM, Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, etc.).
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop effective ad formats and messages.
- Provide regular performance reports and propose strategies for channel optimization.
Job requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing (preferably in Recruitment, E-commerce, or Logistics).
- Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and tracking tools (GA4, GTM, Pixel, Conversion API).
- Strong data analysis and budget management skills, with the ability to optimize ROI.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
