Job description

1. HRBP Lead – Delivery Division (40%)

  • Lead, coach, and mentor HRBP team supporting the Delivery Division (Operations, Commercial, Truck, CE).
  • Take overall accountability for HRBP service quality across the Delivery function.
  • Lead Talent Acquisition for senior roles (Manager level and above) within Delivery.
  • Oversee and support HRBPs to ensure effective recruitment for remaining roles.
  • Ensure a consistent, transparent hiring process and positive candidate experience.
  • Own end-to-end employee lifecycle management for Delivery Division (recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, retention, offboarding).
  • Partner closely with Delivery leaders to provide effective people solutions and HRBP support.

2. HR Strategy & Action Planning (30%)

  • Collaborate with Head of HRBP to build and execute company-wide workforce and HR plans.
  • Translate HR strategies into actionable plans and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive HRBP involvement in end-to-end people management across departments (hiring, performance, development, engagement, retention).
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to departments in achieving business and people goals.

3. Strategic HRBP Support (15%)

  • Support Head of HRBP in strategic initiatives, organizational reports (OR), and HR improvement projects.
  • Contribute to standardizing HR policies, processes, and frameworks across the organization.
  • Participate in and lead HR projects as assigned, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

4. Team Leadership & Development (15%)

  • Coach, develop, and mentor HRBP team members to strengthen functional and leadership capabilities.
  • Build career development paths and succession plans for team members.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and growth-oriented team culture.
  • Enable HRBPs to independently deliver end-to-end people management effectively.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, including 2+ years in HRBP leadership or team management roles.
  • Strong experience in HRBP practices, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Solid knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience in logistics, e-commerce, technology, or FMCG environments is a plus.
