1. Product Strategy & Development

• Develop and maintain product roadmap for Enterprise Solutions
• Define and prioritize product backlog items
• Create comprehensive product requirements documents (PRDs)
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive user experiences

2. Your products focused on:

• System integration solutions for partners:
  • Work with partners to customize solutions meeting their specific operational requirements
  • Ensure API documentation is comprehensive and up-to-date
• Enterprise partner portal
  • Manage business information, reporting, COD reconciliation, and invoicing functionalities.
  • Optimize user experience for enterprise users.
  • Drive adoption of portal features among partners
• Delivery management tool
  • Implement features for pickup, sorting, and delivery operations
  • Optimize operational efficiency through tool improvements
• Route Optimization Problems (focusing on real-time Pickup and Delivery Vehicle routing problems at a large scale)
  • Conduct in-depth market research & analytics on logistics optimization technologies
  • Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to develop cutting-edge routing algorithms
  • Develop performance metrics for routing optimization solutions

3. Stakeholder Management & Sprint Operations

• Work with internal teams to gather requirements and feedback
• Collaborate with internal teams (Development, QA, Operations)
• Manage relationships with external partners
• Communicate product updates and roadmap to stakeholders
• Facilitate sprint planning and review meetings

Experience & Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Transportation/Logistics industry, or related field
• 2+ years of product management experience
• Experience with API products and integration solutions
• Experience with last-mile delivery optimization

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Leadership and team management capabilities
