Job description
- Oversee truck service quality (provincial & intercity), ensuring KPIs such as order completion, cancellation rate, and punctuality are met.
- Monitor and enhance customer service experience.
- Develop and maintain a strong local truck partner network.
- Build and optimize local operational support systems to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with managers and cross-functional teams to propose growth initiatives
- Expand truck services into new cities and provinces.
Job requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of customer service, operations, and provincial transportation markets.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in tech-driven companies: on-demand, eCommerce, logistics).
- Proven experience in scaling operations into new markets
- Customer service, negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving.
- Creative and critical thinking, planning, and team management.
