Support the Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns aimed at maximizing Ahamove’s brand awareness among target audiences (including target customers and business partners – drivers), increasing new user growth, and maximizing customer lifetime revenue.

1. Market Research and Campaign Planning

• Conduct market research, including target customer and competitor analysis, to form the basis for campaign proposals;
• Develop detailed campaign plans to achieve business objectives.

2. Campaign Execution and Performance Measurement

• Coordinate with stakeholders to execute activities within the campaign plan.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report campaign performance at each implementation stage;

3. Team and Stakeholder Management

• Manage and supervise the quality of work of team members under direct supervision;
• Recruit and provide onboarding/training for new employees;

4. Cost Management

• Allocate, manage, and monitor marketing budgets for assigned campaigns;
• Optimize the average cost of acquiring a new customer.

1. Knowledge

• University degree or higher (majors in Marketing, Economics, Communications & Advertising, etc.). Knowledge in E-commerce, Logistics, or Tech industries is a plus.
• Solid foundational knowledge of marketing, with a strong understanding of digital advertising channels;
• Understanding of business operations in e-commerce products and services.

2. Experience

• Over 4 years of experience in roles such as Growth Marketing Lead, Marketing Campaign Lead, or equivalent;
• Experienced in building user growth and engagement frameworks using tools like Insider, MoEngage, CleverTap, etc..
• Planning and executing multi-channel advertising activities (Meta, Google UAC, Apple Search, etc.);
• Experience managing a team of 3 or more employees.

3. Skills

• Data synthesis and analysis;
• Project planning and management;
• Communication and negotiation skills;
