Job description
- Support for HR team to create training materials, including presentations, handouts, e-learning modules, and infographics.
- Ensure all materials are visually engaging and aligned with branding guidelines.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training materials and suggesting improvements.
- Assist the IC team in designing internal communication assets such as newsletters, posters, videos, and event materials.
Job requirement
- 3rd or final year university student or fresh graduate majoring in Graphic Design, Education, HR, or a related field.
- Proficient in design tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slide, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), or similar.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail with a passion for creativity.
- Interest in L&D or organizational development is a plus.
- Have a personal laptop.
