In charge of developing, implementing and revising the overall C&B structure and policies aligned with company objectives, HR policies and labor law.
Manage the C&B team to deliver C&B operations.
Deliver excellent operation in the design, development, implementation, administration of C&B programs and HR activities including health, insurance, base pay, incentives, PIT and other rewards.
Excellent payroll processing activities.

Manage and/or support the management of the annual program including salary review, and performance process, HR Budget.

Conduct internal and external benchmark studies to ensure that the organization’s salaries, incentives and retention strategy are competitive and responsive to the market.
Conduct market analysis and ensure that all programs (e.g., pay structures, benefit plans, etc.) are competitive.
Other (10%)
Remain up-to-dated with laws and regulations in relation to payroll, tax and other legislative requirements, support peers on the implementation of company policies, programs, and initiatives.
Manage the master data of employees, keep it daily updated.

Job requirement
Minimum of 5 years of experience in TRs roles. Minimum of 2 years of managing a CnB team.
Deep working knowledge of laws and regulations in multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, employee and union relations …
