Job description

C&B Operation (30%):

  • In charge of developing, implementing and revising the overall C&B structure and policies aligned with company objectives, HR policies and labor law.
  • Manage the C&B team to deliver C&B operations.
  • Deliver excellent operation in the design, development, implementation, administration of C&B programs and HR activities including health, insurance, base pay, incentives, PIT and other rewards.
  • Excellent payroll processing activities.

Total Reward (60%)

  • Manage and/or support the management of the annual program including salary review, and performance process, HR Budget.
  • Design Total Rewards System: Salary package, incentive scheme, benefits program…
  • Conduct internal and external benchmark studies to ensure that the organization’s salaries, incentives and retention strategy are competitive and responsive to the market.
  • Conduct market analysis and ensure that all programs (e.g., pay structures, benefit plans, etc.) are competitive.

Other (10%)

  • Remain up-to-dated with laws and regulations in relation to payroll, tax and other legislative requirements, support peers on the implementation of company policies, programs, and initiatives.
  • Manage the master data of employees, keep it daily updated.
  • Other tasks from HR Manager.

Job requirement

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in TRs roles. Minimum of 2 years of managing a CnB team.
  • Deep working knowledge of laws and regulations in multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, employee and union relations …
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Manage multiple task.
