Critically evaluate and define business metrics; develop analyses that lead to actionable insights to support the continuous improvement of the Delivery business;
Consolidate data from multiple sources including business, operations, marketing and source databases to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision-making;
Work closely with Delivery Teams to understand their needs, pain points and enhance internal processes through automation and improve productivity;
Work with several large and complex SQL databases;
Conduct analysis required to support strategic initiatives such as market projection, historical performance, or competitor analysis;
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using business metrics and reports.
Requirements:
At least 1-2 years experience as an analyst in an E-Commerce/E-Logistics/Market Research firm or relevant departments;
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;
Proficient in SQL, Google Studio, MS PowerPoint, and Excel;
Work well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at the same time;
Experience in monitoring and analyzing business results, competition and trends (SWOT analysis, market share survey);
Entrepreneurial spirit and start-up mindset;
Solid oral and written communication skills;
Good command in English.
