Job description

The Operations Growth Leader is responsible for driving driver acquisition growth and managing recruitment operations across Hanoi and Northern provinces. This role focuses on recruitment strategy execution, team management, operational optimization, and ensuring sustainable supply growth aligned with business targets.

1. Driver Acquisition & Growth

  • Own driver acquisition targets and recruitment cost performance across assigned regions.
  • Develop and execute monthly/quarterly recruitment plans.
  • Monitor recruitment funnel performance and optimize channel effectiveness. 

2. Recruitment Channel Development

  • Manage and optimize recruitment channels including online, offline, referral, and B2B partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead generation quality and conversion efficiency.
  • Expand strategic recruitment partnerships and supply sources.

3. Budget & Performance Management

  • Plan and control recruitment budgets across channels and activities.
  • Track recruitment ROI and propose optimization plans when needed.
  • Provide regular performance analysis and reporting.

4. Team Management & Development

  • Lead and manage Acquisition, Telesales, and Driver Onboarding teams.
  • Set KPIs, conduct performance evaluations, and coach team members.
  • Support team capability building and succession development.

5. Decal Truck Program Management

  • Manage and monitor the Truck Decal program across Northern provinces.
  • Ensure decal installation targets are achieved for newly activated drivers.
  • Supervise decal collaborators and ensure compliance with operational standards and processes.

6. Operational Excellence

  • Review and improve recruitment SOPs and operational workflows.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance recruitment tools and operational efficiency.

7. Reporting & Strategic Planning

  • Deliver periodic operational and recruitment performance reports.
  • Provide insights and strategic recommendations to management for continuous growth improvement.
