Job description
1. Team Management & Client Expansion (40%)
- Manage and develop the Market Development team in Binh Duong province; assign KPIs, track progress, and provide regular coaching.
- Build plans to grow the enterprise client base in industrial parks, focusing on on-demand truck transportation services.
2. Partnerships & Market Research (40%)
- Build and maintain partnerships with Industrial Park Management Boards; run cooperation and co-marketing programs to introduce services to businesses in the parks.
- Conduct market research on truck transportation demand, analyze data, monitor competitors (e.g., Lalamove, GHTK), and propose suitable approaches for each industrial park.
3. Cross-team Collaboration & Business Improvement (20%)
- Work with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to improve the truck customer journey and suggest service improvements based on market feedback.
- Plan and report weekly/monthly team activities; ensure the team meets sales targets.
- Follow company policies and join market expansion projects when required.
Job requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, including 1 year managing a team, preferably in FMCG, retail, e-wallets, payment gateways, logistics/transportation, or on-demand services.
- Experience in logistics/truck transportation sales or working with enterprise clients in industrial parks is a strong advantage. B2B partnership experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills; strategic thinking and data analysis ability. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills, especially when working with Industrial Park Management Boards.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel frequently between Binh Duong and Ho Chi Minh City (hybrid working model); personal transportation required.
