[HCM] Business Development Team Lead
Job description
- Develop comprehensive business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence across target regions.
- Implement strategies to acquire new users via digital channels and various e-commerce platforms.
- Analyze customer data and market trends to segment target groups and optimize revenue.
- Lead and develop a high-performing Business Development team focused on continuous service improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product market fit and competitiveness, ensuring a seamless customer journey in line with company SLAs.
- Monitor KPIs and deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement process enhancements to sustain competitive advantage.
Job requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in business development, sales, or project management.
- Demonstrated experience in leading or mentoring a small team, with a proven track record of achieving performance targets.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends, customer data, and campaign performance to drive actionable insights.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems and digital analytics tools.
- Adaptability to evolving market conditions and proactive in identifying growth opportunities.
- Highly proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
