Job description

1. Increase user engagement in the app and customer community (40%)

  • Manage and grow the customer community in the fan group through various programs and activities
  • Propose and execute creative content and activities to boost engagement and retain users
  • Collect and analyze user behavior data to suggest optimization solutions
  • Leverage existing communication channels to deliver key messages to target audiences

2. Implement AI chatbot project (40%)

  • Monitor chatbot conversations and analyze feedback to optimize content and interaction capabilities
  • Propose and implement new features to enhance chatbot performance and increase conversion rate
  • Regularly analyze chatbot data to improve user experience and support effectiveness

3. Cross-Department Collaboration (20%)

  • Work closely with other departments to improve AI logic, ensuring the chatbot becomes smarter and more user-friendly
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to enhance engagement metrics on app and fan group

Job requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • Proficient in data analysis and CRM tools
  • Understanding of the company’s products or services
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of SQL is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive, creative, and adaptable
  • Independent and owns a personal laptop for work
