Job description
1. Increase user engagement in the app and customer community (40%)
- Manage and grow the customer community in the fan group through various programs and activities
- Propose and execute creative content and activities to boost engagement and retain users
- Collect and analyze user behavior data to suggest optimization solutions
- Leverage existing communication channels to deliver key messages to target audiences
2. Implement AI chatbot project (40%)
- Monitor chatbot conversations and analyze feedback to optimize content and interaction capabilities
- Propose and implement new features to enhance chatbot performance and increase conversion rate
- Regularly analyze chatbot data to improve user experience and support effectiveness
3. Cross-Department Collaboration (20%)
- Work closely with other departments to improve AI logic, ensuring the chatbot becomes smarter and more user-friendly
- Collaborate with relevant departments to enhance engagement metrics on app and fan group
Job requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in data analysis and CRM tools
- Understanding of the company’s products or services
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proactive, creative, and adaptable
- Independent and owns a personal laptop for work
