[HCM] Driver Management Specialist
Job description
- Ensure the daily driver’s performance over 60 days on platform
- Coordinate with the PA team to build and control incentive scheme efficiency for SGN drivers (Exclude new drivers)
- Manage and develop Ahamove Captain ability to manage fulltime driver by group following Operations’s strategy
- Coordinate with the driver engagement team to collect, analyze and solve SGN driver’s problems (error system, lost package & accident…)
- Planning and executing plan to ensure SGN driver’ capacity
- Build reward, benefit scheme for SGN fulltime drivers
Job requirement
- Bachelor Degree is required
- At least 2 years of experience in the same position
- Negotiation and logical thinking skill
- Good at using 360 Office
- Analytical skill and decision making base on data
