Job description

Ahamove is looking for an Employer Branding Collaborator to support our People Team in content creation, internal communications, and promoting Ahamove as a vibrant, tech-driven, and highly connected workplace. This role is ideal for a creative individual passionate about storytelling, corporate culture, and building an employer brand within a fast-paced tech-logistics environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation & Storytelling (50%)

  • Ideate and draft engaging content for various channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok (Ahamove Careers), email, and internal platforms.
  • Extract, synthesize, and transform real employee stories into impactful articles, social captions, short-video scripts, or recap features.
  • Develop creative briefs, moodboards, and visual references to collaborate effectively with designers and video editors.

Event Support & Internal Communications (30%)

  • Drive communication campaigns for internal activities, workshops, employee engagement programs, and HR initiatives.
  • Partner cross-functionally across departments to collect information, photos, real stories, and media assets.

AI Productivity & Optimization (20%)

  • Leverage Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI) to brainstorm ideas, draft copy, generate prompts, and develop visual directions.
  • Critically review, edit, and humanize AI-generated content to ensure factual accuracy, tone alignment, and brand consistency.
  • Track basic content performance and propose creative optimizations for future campaigns.

Job requirement

Qualifications & Mindset

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, HR, PR, Journalism, or related fields.
  • Strong Vietnamese writing skills with a clear, natural, and creative tone.
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable with a strong commitment to deadlines.
  • Passionate about employer branding, internal communications, culture building, and employee experience.

Tech & AI Literacy

  • Basic understanding of Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and modern social content formats.
  • AI-First Mindset: Eager to learn and actively incorporate AI tools into daily content and workflow optimization.
  • Nice-to-have: Prior experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, Midjourney) or basic design/editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Figma).
  • Nice-to-have: Previous portfolio showcasing social content, recruitment marketing, or internal communications.
