Job description
1. TikTok (40%)
- Manage daily TikTok operations: posting, engaging with followers, and responding to comments.
- Develop creative concepts, detailed scripts, and produce content for TikTok/Fanpage (e.g. viral, informative, review, or behind-the-scenes videos).
- Edit and optimize video content to make it engaging, shareable, and aligned with audience insights.
2. Internal Communication (30%)
- Produce diverse internal communication materials such as articles, infographics, images, and videos.
- Attend events and activities to capture stories and moments from Ahamove teams and outstanding employees; turn them into inspiring internal content.
- Support with photography, filming, and simple video editing for internal communication campaigns.
3. Employee Engagement & Others (30%)
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute employee engagement programs.
- Support event logistics and internal communication before, during, and after company events.
- Perform other assigned tasks related to internal branding and communication.
Job requirement
- Have a personal laptop and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Understand composition, lighting, storytelling, and have a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
- Be creative, agile, and trend-sensitive.
- Have strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficient in video editing tools (TikTok, CapCut) and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator).
- Experience in internal communication, content creation, or employer branding is a plus.
