Job description

TikTok (50%):

  • Manage daily TikTok content: posting, engaging with the community, and responding to comments.
  • Research and apply trending TikTok content to enhance engagement.
  • Create and edit short-form videos using apps like CapCut or InShot.

Other Channels & Internal Communications (50%):

  • Assist in developing content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and internal newsletters.
  • Support employer branding plans and recruitment activities, including career fairs and lead generation.
  • Assist in event coordination and on-ground support at internal events and external events.

Job requirement

  • Third- or final-year student in HR, Business, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or business-related degrees.
  • Available 20+ hours/week.
  • Have a personal laptop.
  • Basic knowledge of TikTok and social media and interests in high-tech trending.
  • Have strong communication skills, systematic thinking, and attention to detail.
