Job description
Content Creation & Video Storytelling (50%)
- Edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, internal event recaps) from existing footage — CapCut is sufficient, Premiere or DaVinci is a plus.
- Support writing captions and short scripts for Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok Careers.
- Assist in building moodboards and visual references for EB campaigns.
Event Support & Internal Communications (30%)
- Record, photograph, and produce recap content for internal events, workshops, and employee engagement programs.
- Coordinate with teams to collect information, stories, and media assets.
AI-Assisted Workflow (20%)
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, CapCut AI) to brainstorm ideas, draft copy, and develop visual directions.
- Review and humanize AI-generated content to match tone and brand consistency.
Job requirement
- Year 3–4 student or recent graduate — all majors welcome.
- Available at least 4 days/week; full-time internship preferred.
- Proactive, reliable, and not afraid to try new things.
Core Skills — Main Focus
- Video Editing: Comfortable with at least one tool (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve). Has a feel for pacing, color, and sound.
- Design Eye: Can tell good-looking content from bad — understands layout, font choice, and on-brand color usage. Professional design background not required.
- AI-First Mindset: Actively uses AI in daily study or personal projects. Knows how to prompt well and edit AI output rather than copy it directly.
Nice-to-Have (Not Required)
- Personal portfolio: social page, creative video clips, or any content showing creative output.
- Interest in Employer Branding, HR Marketing, or company culture building.
- Prior experience with Canva, Figma, Premiere, or other AI/design tools.
