Job description
1. Cash Collection & Payment Management (COD & Payout) (30%)
- Control the collection, reconciliation, and payment process for COD with customers/partners/drivers;
- Manage payout cash flow, monitor discrepancies, and promptly address any errors.
2. Financial Solutions Research & Provision (30%)
- Analyze collection models, payment policies, and cash flow risks;
- Propose optimal working capital solutions (credit limits, COD financing, debt policies).
3. Financial Reporting, Control & Management Analysis (30%)
- Prepare reports and monitor cash flow forecasts, COD reports, and working capital reports;
- Analyze financial fluctuations and provide recommendations for Business/Operations.
4. Other tasks assigned by the Leader: Prepare in-depth reports on ad-hoc occasions or assigned projects.
Job requirement
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Internal Control, or FP&A;
- Practical experience in: Cash flow management, bank reconciliation, accounts receivable/payable, or cash collection/payment services (COD/Payout);
- Ability to prepare financial reports, track and analyze fluctuations;
- Proficient in Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, data validation);
- Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or Fintech platforms (Grab, Momo, Shopee, VNPay, etc.);
- Experience working with large datasets and high transaction volumes (>10,000 records/day);
- Proficient in using SQL or Power BI to query, analyze, and visualize financial data;
- Understanding of working capital models, credit limits, or Fintech solutions;
- Experience applying AI/automation to financial analysis and reporting.
