1. Run multi-channel B2B Digital Campaign (70%)
Campaign Setup & Management
- Own paid campaigns (budget monitoring & rebalancing, performance monitoring, channel allocation,...)
- Collab with Creative team on asset & copy production, ensure copy aligns with audience intent, CTA is clear, social proof is visible
- Cohort analysis by channel/offer/timing, identify performance drivers
- Identify process inefficiencies; propose automation or tooling improvements
A/B Testing & Optimization
- Design and execute A/B tests continuously: ad copy, headlines, CTAs, landing page layouts, form fields, offer schemes,...
- Run monthly multivariate tests to identify interaction effects
- Audit conversion funnel
2. Optimize for Search Visibility & AI Discovery (15%)
- Basic SEO on-page optimization
- Monitor AI Overview appearance for key B2B queries; propose content gaps or updates
3. Administrative & Cross-Functional Support (15%)
- Complete internal paperwork & documentation
- Ad-hoc support for cross teams
Job requirement
Required
- 2+ years managing paid advertising campaigns across search, social, or display channels; proficiency with analytics and CRM platforms
- Track record of hitting or exceeding MQL/CAC targets consistently
- Experience with A/B testing: designing tests, interpreting statistical significance, scaling winners
- Content marketing for optimizing content and analyzing engagement
