Job description
1. Market Research & Campaign Planning (30%)
- Conduct market research, including target customer analysis and competitor benchmarking, to support strategic proposals.
- Develop detailed growth marketing campaign plans aligned with business and growth objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities across user acquisition funnels and digital channels.
2. Campaign Execution & Performance Measurement (30%)
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute campaign activities as planned.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance throughout each phase of execution.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and growth metrics.
3. Team & Stakeholder Management (20%)
- Manage, coach, and supervise the performance and quality of work of team members.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Sales, Operations, Agencies).
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
4. Budget & Cost Management (20%)
- Allocate, manage, and monitor marketing budgets for assigned campaigns.
- Optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC) and cost per lead/install across channels.
- Ensure efficient budget utilization to maximize ROI.
Job requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Economics, Communications, Advertising, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or equivalent roles (e.g. Growth Campaign Specialist, Assistant Growth Marketing Manager) in B2B and/or B2C environments.
- Strong understanding of Growth Marketing, MarTech, and digital advertising ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience in user growth models, including app installs and lead generation.
- Proven track record in managing and executing multi-channel conversion campaigns (Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, etc.) with an annual budget of VND 20 billion or above.
- Experience in team management (minimum 4 team members).
- Good knowledge of e-Logistics, e-Commerce, or app-based technology products is a strong advantage.
- Experience in building or operating CRM systems (e.g. Insider, CleverTap) is a plus.
- Strong planning, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with logical thinking and creative problem-solving ability.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
