We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to lead and elevate the end-to-end UI/UX experience across our instant delivery ecosystem. You will transform complex logistics and operational workflows into intuitive, scalable, and mobile-first product experiences for drivers, users, and internal operations teams.

• Lead UI/UX design for Ahamove’s core products (Driver, User, and internal operational tools).
• Apply user-centered design to translate logistics and operational needs into clear, usable product experiences.
• Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research and usability testing; iterate designs based on insights and product data.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams: Product, Application, Platform, Operations, Marketing, and SMEs.
• Own and evolve the Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
• Communicate design decisions clearly through reviews, documentation, and presentations.
• Mentor designers and promote a strong design culture focused on quality and user impact.

• 6+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design, including complex or operational systems.
• 2–3 years in a Senior/Lead role with mentoring or team guidance experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and real product impact.
• Expertise in mobile-first & responsive design; strong command of Figma and prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal teams and balance business, technical, and user needs.
• Proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and passion for solving real-world problems through design.
