Job description
1. Operational Performance Management
- Set up, monitor, and ensure operational KPIs for two-wheel delivery services and related customer segments.
- Analyze operational performance to identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans to achieve business targets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, BD, etc.) to resolve operational issues effectively and promptly.
2. Strategic Project Leadership
- Lead and execute operational strategic projects assigned by management.
- Ensure project progress, delivery quality, and expected outcomes are achieved.
- Act as the key focal point for project coordination and implementation.
3. Process Improvement & Optimization
- Proactively evaluate, propose, and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency, optimize costs, and enhance driver experience.
- Develop and optimize internal and cross-functional workflows to improve productivity and operational effectiveness.
4. Team Management & Development
- Manage team performance and support capability development for team members.
- Build a high-performing and motivated team environment.
- Ensure team members meet role expectations and operational standards.
Job requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, or operations-related industries.
- Experience in managing small teams (3–5 members or above) or leading project teams.
- Proven track record of operational excellence and achieving business targets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
Good project management and stakeholder coordination capabilities. - Proficient in AI tools, Excel, and Google Workspace; knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data tools is a plus.
- Strong communication, ownership, and execution mindset.
