Job description
1. Operations Excellence (40%)
- Lead end-to-end operational performance management across pricing, SLA, fulfillment quality, and last-mile delivery operations.
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, identify performance gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.
- Develop and optimize operational frameworks, including dynamic pricing, batching models, and customer service standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Tech, Product, and Business teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Maintain and continuously improve SOPs, reporting systems, and operational governance processes.
- Conduct market benchmarking and recommend strategic improvements based on industry trends and competitor analysis.
2. Warehouse & Fulfillment Management (30%)
- Oversee warehouse and fulfillment operations to ensure service quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Manage warehouse KPIs, capacity planning, and peak-season readiness to support business growth.
- Optimize warehouse workflows, inventory handling, and fulfillment processes to improve operational performance.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to enhance WMS/OMS systems and operational integrations.
- Ensure compliance with operational safety standards, labor regulations, and internal policies.
- Support business expansion by collaborating with Sales/BD teams in onboarding and servicing new customers.
3. Driver Incentive Planning (30%)
- Design and manage driver incentive programs aligned with business growth and retention objectives.
- Build incentive budgeting plans, reward structures, and driver segmentation strategies.
- Analyze driver behavior, incentive effectiveness, and ROI to continuously optimize programs.
- Develop retention and engagement initiatives, including referral, streak, and peak-hour campaigns.
- Partner with Risk/Fraud teams to monitor, detect, and prevent incentive abuse activities.
- Maintain regular reporting and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
Job requirement
1. Education & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of marketplace, logistics, e-commerce, or ride-hailing business models and unit economics.
- Knowledge of operational excellence, fulfillment management, dynamic pricing, and incentive mechanisms.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and process improvement practices.
2. Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in Operations, Strategy, Product, or related functions within e-commerce, logistics, marketplace, or technology-driven companies.
- Proven experience managing teams and leading cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
- Hands-on experience in operational performance management, warehouse operations, or incentive program design is highly preferred.
3. Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI/dashboard tools.
- Experience utilizing AI/GenAI tools and data-driven approaches to improve operational efficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization and stakeholder management skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills in English.
- Preferred: experience with automation tools, API integrations, or data modeling.
