We are looking for a Product Owner (Senior/Specialist) to join Ahamove’s Product team, focusing on the Driver App and User App—the core products powering our logistics operations. In this role, you will define and deliver product features that improve dispatch efficiency, enhance driver and customer experience, and support operational scalability. You will work closely with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure our apps remain reliable, intuitive, and high-performing for thousands of users every day.

Product Strategy & Execution

• Contribute to defining the product vision and roadmap for the Driver & User Apps, ensuring alignment with business and operational goals.
• Translate logistics and operational requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on impact, feasibility, and company priorities.
• Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle—from discovery, validation, and execution to launch and iteration.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure effective delivery and cross-team collaboration.

Customer & Market Understanding

• Conduct user research with drivers, customers, and internal operations teams to identify pain points, needs, and opportunities.
• Collect and analyze quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback to support data-driven decision-making.
• Benchmark Ahamove’s products against industry standards to propose improvements and competitive solutions.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication

• Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver user-centric, scalable features.
• Collaborate with Operations, Business Development, and Customer Success teams to ensure product solutions effectively address real logistics challenges.
• Communicate product updates, roadmap progress, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders clearly and proactively.

• Degree in Business, Logistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as Product Owner
• Strong background or hands-on experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, or driver operations.
• Ability to break down complex operational problems into clear product requirements.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset; skilled in defining metrics and measuring success.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese, with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
