We are seeking a Product Owner (Specialist level) to join our Product team, focusing on the Driver App that powers our logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering features that improve dispatch efficiency, driver experience, and operational scalability. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure that our Driver App continues to be a reliable and effective tool for thousands of drivers every day.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Execution

• Translate logistics and operational needs into product requirements and prioritized backlogs.
• Support the definition of product vision and roadmap for the Dispatch domain, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth Agile execution.

Customer & Market Understanding

• Conduct research with drivers and operations teams to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Gather and analyze quantitative data (usage, metrics, performance) and qualitative insights (feedback, surveys, interviews).
• Benchmark against logistics industry practices to recommend competitive solutions.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with engineers and designers to deliver user-centric features.
• Partner with Operations, Business Development, and Customer Success to ensure dispatch solutions address real-world logistics challenges.
• Provide regular updates on product progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.

• Degree in Business, Logistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as Product Owner or IT Business Analyst 
• Strong background or hands-on experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, or driver operations.
• Ability to break down complex operational problems into clear product requirements.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset; skilled in defining metrics and measuring success.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese, with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
