Job description
You'll own the partner-facing surface of Ahamove end-to-end — the API marketplaces integrate against, the portal their ops team lives in, the warehouse tools that make fulfillment work. You shape the roadmap, not just execute it.
What you'll own
- Partner integration platform — Roadmap and specs for marketplace, enterprise, and supermarket-chain onboarding. Callbacks, COD flow, versioning, API docs that partner engineers can ship against without a Slack thread;
- Enterprise partner portal — Order tracking, reporting, COD reconciliation, invoicing. Drive partners from email-based ops to portal-based ops, and measure it;
- Warehouse & delivery management tool — Pickup, sorting, dispatch features that move throughput up and error rates down. Define and ship against SLA hit rate, mis-sort %, time-per-package.
Job requirement
- 2–3+ years as PO/ BA/ PM, ideally with a B2B or platform product in your history;
- Systems thinking. You see upstream causes, downstream effects, and the three other places the same issue probably exists;
- Analytical fluency. Reads schemas, writes SQL (joins, window functions), pulls own numbers. BigQuery / Metabase a plus;
- System analysis chops. Can walk a flow across 5 services with a senior engineer and leave with requirements that survive implementation. Knows what callbacks, retries, idempotency, and eventual consistency actually mean;
- Mature PO toolkit. Crisp acceptance criteria, calm backlog grooming, stakeholder management that holds under pressure;
- Outcome-driven. Thinks in metrics. Can frame a quarter as 2–3 KRs and defend each one;
- AI-native workflow. Claude Code, MCP tools, AI for specs and data querying are part of how you work — not a curiosity.
