Job description
We are looking for a Product Owner (2–4 years of experience) to take ownership of our User App, focusing on delivering a seamless booking, tracking, and service experience for customers.
In this role, you will work closely with Engineering, Design, and Operations to build features that directly impact order creation, fulfillment quality, and overall logistics experience.
Experience in logistics, delivery platforms, or operational systems is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
User App Ownership
- Own the User App product backlog, ensuring features and improvements are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals.
- Drive product development across key user flows such as booking, order tracking, payment, notifications, and support.
- Continuously improve user experience, stability, and performance of the User App.
Product Delivery & Execution
- Translate business and operational needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
- Work closely with Engineering and Design teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and retrospectives.
Stakeholder & Operations Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between Business, Operations, Product, and Tech teams.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations stakeholders to understand real-world workflows and constraints.
- Align User App features with operational capabilities, service SLAs, and cost efficiency.
Product Discovery & Optimization
- Gather insights from user behavior, feedback, and data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor product KPIs such as conversion rate, booking success rate, drop-off, and user satisfaction.
- Continuously iterate on features to enhance user experience and operational effectiveness.
Quality & Release Management
- Coordinate UAT and validation with stakeholders before release.
- Ensure features meet requirements and deliver expected outcomes.
- Support post-release monitoring, issue triaging, and continuous improvement.
Job requirement
Experience & Skills
- 2–4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or similar product role.
- Hands-on experience working with Agile/Scrum development teams.
- Strong ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
- Solid communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working on consumer-facing mobile applications.
Plus Points (Highly Preferred)
- Experience with logistics, delivery platforms, or logistics operations.
- Familiarity with logistics flows such as order lifecycle, dispatching, routing, SLA management, or customer support workflows.
- Experience working with data dashboards and product analytics.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with mobile apps at scale.
- Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, and technical constraints.
- Experience in tech or fast-growing startup environments.
