Job description
- Lead, mentor, and develop sub-teams within Central Operations, including Operations Excellence, Operations Solutions, Payment & Analytics, and Quality Management.
- Ensure the highest levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations to guarantee seamless and efficient delivery services. Establish and maintain high operational standards to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize operations and enhance service delivery. Identify and implement innovative solutions to streamline processes and reduce costs.
- Manage operational budgets and allocate resources effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with regional operations and cross-functional teams such as Business Development, Marketing, and Technology to align operational strategies with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to safeguard the company’s interests.
Job requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, E-commerce, or other related fields.
- Strong knowledge of industries such as E-commerce, Logistics, Fintech, On-demand Logistics, or other relevant sectors.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in delivery companies, on-demand logistics, and leading large-scale operations teams.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- High sense of responsibility and commitment to work.
