Job description

As a Senior Product Owner/ Business Analyst, you will act as a vital bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle. You are responsible for translating strategies, ideas, and business needs into actionable product plans, concrete features, and clear technical requirements. You will work across the full development lifecycle—analyzing needs, advising solutions, assessing business impact, and tracking implementation progress—for both SaaS initiatives and internal systems that support operations. Your role ensures that the final solutions meet user needs and align with business objectives.

Product Development & Strategy Alignment (60%)

  • Analyze business requirements, plan and lead product execution
  • Clarify needs with stakeholders and prepare detailed PRDs
  • Collect feedback to refine features and improve product outcomes
  • Ensure timely delivery and product quality
  • Propose innovative ideas to expand the platform and product vision

Solution Design & Architecture (25%)

  • Develop and maintain the overall business process architecture
  • Define standards for requirement gathering and solution design
  • Design end-to-end workflows, key features, user stories, and use cases
  • Build advanced prototypes and simulations for UI/UX
  • Identify and monitor key KPIs across projects

Project Management (5%)

  • Manage backlog and OKRs to ensure product quality and project timelines
  • Guide and oversee UAT activities
  • Apply Agile/Scrum to support iterative product development
  • Collaborate closely with Team Leads and Managers

Data Analysis (5%)

  • Analyze data trends and generate insights to guide product improvement
  • Gather and interpret complex data from multiple sources
  • Propose strategic enhancements based on analysis
  • Build dashboards to monitor key performance indicators

Team Development & Knowledge Sharing (5%)

  • Mentor junior BAs and new graduates
  • Document and share best practices in business analysis
  • Conduct internal training on tools and methodologies
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by direct managers

Job requirement

Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in a Business Analyst or equivalent role
  • Proven experience in product analysis, solution design, and writing PRDs
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and system design principles
  • Experience working on complex or tech-based products is preferred

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear and structured communication, both written and verbal
  • Ability to document workflows and present complex processes
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Fast learner with a growth mindset and willingness to adopt new technologies
