Job description

1. Operational Excellence & Optimization

Performance Tracking: Deep-dive into truck-specific metrics (Fullfillment-rate, Accepted-rate, Lead-time, Delivery Success Rate, and CPO - Cost Per Order) to identify bottlenecks.

Efficiency Initiatives: Design and implement initiatives to reduce "Empty Miles" and optimize vehicle utilization.

Root Cause Analysis: Investigate operational failures (high cancellation rates, delayed pickups) and propose data-driven corrective actions.

2. Data Intelligence & Strategy

Incentive Design: Use data to build smart "Driver Incentive" schemes that motivate partners while maintaining a healthy bottom line.

Market Intelligence: Conduct supply-demand forecasting to ensure the right number of trucks are available in the right zones at the right time.

BI Dashboards: Build and maintain automated dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) that provide actionable insights for the Management team.

3. Product & Process Bridge

Operationalizing Tech: Translate field challenges (road restrictions, weight limits, urban loading zones) into logical requirements for the Product & Tech teams.

SOP Standardization: Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure seamless scaling across new cities.

Job requirement

  • Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Technical Skillset: Proficiency in SQL (BigQuery) and Power BI/Tableau is a must. Exceptional Excel skills for quick modeling.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in Data Analysis or Operations Analyst roles, preferably in Logistics, E-commerce, or On-demand Delivery.
  • Mindset (Proactive Engagement): * Possess a "Hands-on Insight" mindset: While you are based in the office, you are always ready to proactively engage with stakeholders  to capture the pulse of the field.
  • Communication: Strong ability in Data Storytelling—turning dry numbers into compelling business cases for stakeholders.
