Job description
- Track and analyze operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement
- Execute weekly/monthly operational plan/report
- Identify bottlenecks and develop data-driven solutions
- Optimize and standardize service level agreements (SLAs)
- Develop and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Coordinate with other departments: Business Development, Key Account, Customer Service, Driver Onboarding, Quality Management, Data Analysis,...to receive information as well as process requests from them
- Develop strategies to enhance Key Account satisfaction
- Research information from the market, customers, drivers, competitors,...then transform raw data into insights to improve Ahamove’s performance
Job requirement
- Bachelor in Supply Chain/Operations Management or related fields
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce/logistics
- Proven track record in operational excellence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Expertise in strategic planning and implementation
- Proficient in using Excel, Google Docs, knowing about SQL, Python, etc. is an advantage
