Job description

1. Key Account Management (KAM) – Ecommerce Channels

  • Manage and build strong, long-term relationships with key e-commerce clients.
  • Monitor client performance, address operational issues promptly, and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and e-commerce logistics market benchmarking.
  • Ensure smooth contract processing, SLA management, and payment procedures with Marketplace clients.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Tech, etc.) for service quality assurance.

2. Business Development for New Service Launch (App/Web – External Clients)

  • Conduct market research to identify demand, pricing trends, and service requirements for logistics customers outside e-commerce platforms.         
  • Work with the marketing team to build and execute performance marketing campaigns targeting SME clients via app and web platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations and Tech teams to coordinate service design, pilot launching, and operational readiness.
  • Track market feedback, analyze performance metrics, and propose service improvement plans.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence in the SME logistics segment.

Job requirement

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Business Development, Key Account Management or E-commerce Logistics.
  • Experience in launching new services or business models is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel (SQL is a plus).
  • Experience in project management and cross-functional coordination.
  • Good sense of data-driven decision-making and market insights analysis.
  • Ability to structure business problems, build actionable plans, and deliver results under tight timelines.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Business acumen and customer-centric mindset.
  • English proficiency for working with cross-functional and regional teams.
  • Experience in E-commerce, Marketplace operations, or SME services is a strong
  • advantage.
