Job description
1. New Business Development
- Proactively identify and approach potential B2B clients, with a focus on businesses requiring truck transportation services (heavy cargo, oversized goods, inter-provincial and intra-city delivery).
- Plan and execute outreach activities including company visits, product presentations, and consultative selling of Ahamove's truck transportation solutions tailored to each client's needs.
- Build and maintain a healthy new client pipeline, ensuring monthly/quarterly new client acquisition targets are met.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
2. Account Management & Growth
- Manage the full assigned client portfolio with full ownership of revenue growth and order volume targets.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients; analyze usage data to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Design and implement customized volume stimulation programs, promotions, or incentive schemes tailored to specific client segments to drive daily order growth.
- Maintain a high client retention rate by proactively addressing complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and escalate to relevant departments when needed.
3. Market Intelligence
- Track and monitor competitors' activities (Lalamove, Grab, GHTK, etc.) within the assigned client base to maintain Ahamove's competitive edge.
- Share market insights with the team to support timely adjustments in pricing, product, and service strategy.
- Stay updated on enterprise truck transportation market trends and proactively identify expansion opportunities.
Job requirement
- College or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience; candidates with a background in Logistics, Transportation, E-commerce, FMCG, or F&B are preferred.
- Prior experience managing Key Accounts or Enterprise Clients is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of the Trucking / Freight industry is a significant plus.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills; confident in approaching and building relationships with enterprise clients.
- Results-driven and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude to support daily sales tasks such as drafting client communications, preparing proposals, summarizing meeting notes, and researching market insights.
