Job description

  • Acquire new B2B clients, focusing on truck transportation services.
  • Build relationships with new clients by planning outreach, visiting companies, and introducing & consulting on the company’s truck transportation services.
  • Take full ownership of growth targets for the assigned portfolio. Analyze client data to identify opportunities for upselling
  • Volume Stimulation: Design and implement customized promotion schemes or incentive games tailored to specific customer segments to drive daily order growth.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitors’ movements (Lalamove, Grab, GHTK, etc.) within your client base to maintain Ahamove’s competitive edge.

Job requirement

  • College or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience in a similiar role, preferably in Logistics, Transportation, E-commerce, FMCG or F&B sectors. Proven experience in field sales
  • Having experience and knowledge in the Trucking/Freight industry is a significant advantage.
  • Prior experience working with Key Accounts is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven.
