Job description

1. Overall Marketing Strategy (15%)

  • Develop an integrated marketing strategy across Growth and Brand pillars, aligned with business priorities each quarter
  • Allocate resources and budget between Growth (high priority) and Brand (maintain & support) with clear rationale
  • Act as the strategic bridge between Marketing and BD Sales, Product, and Data Analytics teams

2. Growth Marketing (40% — Primary Focus)

  • Own the full performance funnel: Acquisition → Activation → Retention → Revenue, continuously optimizing each stage
  • Manage and scale paid channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic, affiliate) with a strict ROI/ROAS discipline
  • Develop owned channel strategies (SEO/ASO, CRM, push notifications, email) to reduce dependency on paid traffic
  • Champion a culture of continuous experimentation — A/B testing across creatives, messaging, offers, and landing pages
  • Partner with Product to optimize onboarding flows, activation rates, and user lifetime value (LTV)
  • Build and maintain a robust tracking system, attribution model, and real-time performance reporting
  • Build B2B demand generation pipeline for SME/Enterprise — including KCN-targeted campaigns (ABM, LinkedIn paid, KCN-specific content) in close collaboration with the Head of SME

3. Brand Marketing (15%)

  • Ensure consistency of brand identity and brand voice across all communication channels
  • Direct and approve brand campaigns, PR initiatives, and content strategy
  • Manage the Brand team to deliver output that effectively supports Growth campaigns

4. Team Development (15%)

  • Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing Marketing team of specialists across Growth, Performance, CRM, Content, and Brand
  • Set clear, measurable OKRs for each team and individual; conduct regular monthly/quarterly reviews
  • Foster a safe experimentation environment — fail fast, learn fast, scale what works

5. Budget & Reporting (15%)

  • Manage and optimize the overall marketing budget, ensuring CAC/LTV ratios meet business targets
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports to C-level, including channel deep-dives, sensitivity analysis, and forward-looking budget recommendations

Job requirement

Experience & Expertise

  • 7–10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3–4 years focused on performance/growth marketing and 2+ years managing cross-functional teams (growth + brand)
  • Background in tech, startup, logistics, fintech, or super-app environments with high-growth business models
  • Proven track record of scaling paid channels, reducing CAC, and improving conversion rates
  • Experience balancing brand-building and performance marketing — understands the role of each at different stages of growth

Skills

  • Proficient in: Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Firebase/Appsflyer/Adjust
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation tools (CleverTap, MoEngage, Braze) and HubSpot for MQL handoff with the SME Sales team
  • Strong data mindset — able to read dashboards, analyze funnels, and make decisions grounded in real numbers
