Job description
1. HR Data Management & Governance (50%)
- Collect, consolidate, and manage centralized HR data (headcount, turnover, hiring, probation, performance, learning, C&B, engagement, etc.).
- Establish and maintain a standardized HR data structure across departments.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of HR data, especially KPI/OKR-related metrics.
- Work closely with HRBPs and business teams to standardize HR metric definitions.
2. HR Reporting & Analytics (30%)
- Build and maintain periodic HR reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly).
- Analyze HR trends related to workforce, retention, hiring effectiveness, and performance.
- Provide data-driven insights to support people and organizational decisions.
- Support Head of HRBP and HRBPs in strategic and operational reporting.
3. HR Systems & Process Support (20%)
- Manage and optimize HR data on HRIS, ATS, and other HR tools.
- Support improvements in HR data-related processes, including data entry, control, and reporting.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and stakeholders in HR process improvement initiatives.
Job requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Statistics, Economics, Data, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Data, HR Reporting, HR Analyst, or similar roles.
- Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools are a plus.
- Good communication skills and ability to work closely with HRBPs and stakeholders.
