Job description

1. Talent Acquisition (70%)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for both Tech and Non-Tech roles, ensuring timely hiring aligned with business needs.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, define candidate profiles, and execute effective hiring strategies.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Manage recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
  • Maintain and improve recruitment tools, candidate databases, interview guidelines, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Track recruitment metrics and analyze hiring effectiveness to continuously improve hiring outcomes.

2. HR Business Partner Support (30%)

  • Support HRBP activities related to organizational structure, job descriptions, and workforce planning.
  • Monitor employee performance movements, promotions, and internal role changes within assigned teams.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and personnel-related matters.
  • Track labor market trends and provide insights on hiring competitiveness and talent availability.
  • Support reporting and analysis related to recruitment and workforce effectiveness.

Job requirement

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or HRBP, with exposure to both Tech and Non-Tech hiring.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes, HR practices, and labor market dynamics.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor law, and workforce planning concepts is a plus.
  • Strong sourcing, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret recruitment metrics.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
