Job description
1. Talent Acquisition (70%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both Tech and Non-Tech roles, ensuring timely hiring aligned with business needs.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, define candidate profiles, and execute effective hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives.
- Manage recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Maintain and improve recruitment tools, candidate databases, interview guidelines, and evaluation frameworks.
- Track recruitment metrics and analyze hiring effectiveness to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
2. HR Business Partner Support (30%)
- Support HRBP activities related to organizational structure, job descriptions, and workforce planning.
- Monitor employee performance movements, promotions, and internal role changes within assigned teams.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and personnel-related matters.
- Track labor market trends and provide insights on hiring competitiveness and talent availability.
- Support reporting and analysis related to recruitment and workforce effectiveness.
Job requirement
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment or HRBP, with exposure to both Tech and Non-Tech hiring.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes, HR practices, and labor market dynamics.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor law, and workforce planning concepts is a plus.
- Strong sourcing, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret recruitment metrics.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
