Job description
1. Sales Tools System & AI Automation (50%)
- Sales Tools Setup & Optimization: Research, implement, and manage Sales enablement tools such as CRM and Sales Engagement platforms to improve sales productivity and data quality.
- AI Implementation: Design and deploy AI agents and skills on platforms such as Claude and OpenAI to support Sales teams in tasks like reporting, planning, strategy analysis, and risk assessment.
- Workflow Automation: Use automation platforms such as n8n and Make to integrate tools (e.g., Claude, Google Sheets, CRM) and automate repetitive operational tasks.
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation): Build and maintain an internal knowledge base and connect it with AI systems so Sales teams can quickly retrieve product and policy information.
2. Data Collection & Scraping (30%)
- Market Data Collection: Develop automated pipelines to continuously gather and update external market and competitor data, helping the Sales team stay informed of market changes.
- Data Cleaning & Standardization: Ensure collected data is cleaned, structured, and ready for analysis or direct use by the Sales team.
3. BI Reporting & Advanced Analytics (20%)
- Dashboarding: Build and maintain dashboards to track GSV, promotion costs, and individual Sales performance.
- Insights & Early Warnings: Identify performance declines early and detect growth opportunities through sales data analysis.
Job requirement
- 2–3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Sales Operations.
- Strong SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Experience with Python for web scraping and data processing is a strong plus.
- Understanding of LLMs (Claude, GPT) and Prompt Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code automation tools such as n8n.
- Proficiency in Power BI for dashboarding and reporting.
- Ability to translate Sales and business needs into practical, data-driven and automated technical solutions.
