Customer Segmentation: Architect data-driven customer segments to tailor our sales approach.
Deep-Dive Analysis: Conduct in-depth customer behavior analysis to uncover "hidden" insights and propose high-impact business solutions.
Competitive Intelligence: Keep a pulse on the market by monitoring competitors and industry trends to keep us ahead of the curve.
Innovation: Actively participate in R&D projects to drive innovation within our sales offerings.
- Process Engineering & Automation (30%)
Workflow Optimization: Propose and implement improvements to business processes to ensure the BD team hits its targets efficiently.
Decision Support Tools: Design and develop dynamic Dashboards and Reports to track KPIs and provide real-time visibility for decision-makers.
Internal Tooling: Build, deploy, and maintain tools and Automation Flows specifically designed to empower the Operations and BD teams.
Product Ownership: Act as the PO for Sales Tech—verifying technical/app requests from the BD team and collaborating with the Tech department to build new features.
- Data Analytics & Reporting (30%)
Performance Tracking: Collect and interpret internal and external data to measure our progress against strategic goals.
Operational Support: Provide timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Team Lead, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
Gap Analysis: Identify discrepancies between actual performance and targets, providing actionable recommendations.
- Strategic Projects & Growth (20%)
Gamification: Design and implement gamification programs for different customer groups to boost engagement and loyalty.
Cost Control: Manage and audit monthly promotional expenses to ensure maximum ROI and budget adherence.
Special Projects: Lead and support ad-hoc initiatives related to product features and business expansion.
Job requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Management, or related fields.
- Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of business analysis and market dynamics. Prior experience in the Logistics or Last-mile Delivery industry is a significant advantage.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to synthesize market trends and customer insights into actionable business strategies.
- Experience
- Professional Background: 2 - 3+ years of experience in Business Analyst or Data Analytics. We highly value candidates who have thrived in E-commerce or fast-growing environments.
- Process Optimization: Proven track record in auditing workflows and building automation flows to drive operational efficiency.
- Market Research: Hands-on experience in conducting customer research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Technical & Soft Skills
- Data Mastery: Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) and data manipulation (Excel/SQL).
- Agile Mindset: Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
